Once upon a time, this beautifully renovated property, was an ancient watchtower and fortified farmhouse. Overlooking the entire Niccone Valley and Tuscany, The Villa leaves it’s visitors with breathtakingly indescribable views. Entering through the private gated entrance, you pass through the grounds of Holm oaks and a mature garden filled with one-of-a-kind ancient olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Walking up to the striking Romansque 11th century building that is Villa Arrighi, a large courtyard with a fountain leads the way. From the very beginning, you will feel as though you have entered a completely different world.
Completely restored, Villa Arrighi now consists of three buildings: the Main House, the Guest Cottage, and the Bread Oven, allowing for spacious privacy and an unforgettable holiday experience with up to twelve guests. The interior flawlessly mixes rustic charm with contemporary, sleek style. There are five bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the guest house, all with double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The main house has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and the guest house has it’s own private kitchenette.
While the inside of the Villa is quite impressive and comfortable, you may never want to leave the outside, private, and extensive grounds. With a full panoramic view from the large infinity pool, comfortable lounge areas on the pool deck, the alfresco dining area, an underground pool house, and a pergola, it is easy to find that the hours swiftly go by from unadulterated relaxation.
The villa also has a traditional bread oven room in the outside gardens, perfect for roasts, grills, and homemade pizza. Whatever you enjoy, This is the getaway of daydreams.

Extra Costs
The heating of the house and swimming pool (if required), additional maid service (up to full time, 6 days a week), villa pre-stocking, shopping service, spa services, chef service, estate and sporting activities such as tennis, horseback riding, rental of mountain bikes, and boating on the lakes, staff gratuity. However, all may be arranged upon prior request.

The service of the Estate Service Manager, a maid (5/6 hours per day for 6 days a week), full gardening and pool cleaning service, 24-hour emergency service, linen change, use of pool towels, day time Concierge Service, and a welcome hamper.
