The property enjoys unparalleled and unobstructed panoramic views out over the Mediterranean Sea as far as the eyes can behold. The villa sits on a quiet hilltop up 113 steps from the main coastal road. Guests enjoy several parking spaces in a private parking lot at the base of the property

First Level From the entrance gate 12 steps lead to a panoramic terrace introducing you to the villa and to the annex. Atrium furnished with easy chairs and small wicker tables, living-room/dining area with corner kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with single sofa-bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, looking onto the old XIIth century well.

Second Level Thirty outside steps give access to the upper floor and to the main part of the villa, surrounded by a magnificent terrace with garden furniture, living areas and chairs for relaxing, external shower (hot and cold water), embellished by an old well. 2 entrances to the villa. Studio, 1 double bedroom with panoramic window, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower/sauna cabin, living-room full of light with double sofa-bed and access to the panoramic terrace (about 30 sq.m.), 1 double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, a corridor furnished with cupboards with gold finishings, large bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, large and light well-furnished kitchen/dining-room with fireplace.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1.500, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

Additional housekeeping service, cook service – cost of food is also extra, welcome dinner, including wine (minimum of 8 persons), personal laundry & ironing service.  Additionallly, there is a tourist tax: €2 per person/per night, to be paid locally.  Electricity consumption over 300 kWh charged at €0.42 per kWh, heating and Air Conditioning paid upon consumption, as per meter reading: €0.42 per kWh, telephone charges: € 0.20 per unit.
Mandatory weekly cleaning: €200 to be paid locally upon arrival in cash; includes 5 hours daily housekeeping service (Mon-Fri)
Sunday and late arrival fee between 8 pm & 10 pm: €50 – No arrivals are accepted after 10 pm.
