Positano Villa with Seafront Views
I visited Villa Le Vigne and wanted to share my experience. It is located high above the town on a road where you the most majestic views of the coast take you directly into the local area. There are local bars, groceries, hair salons and shops; you can arrive at a restaurant just a few stairs down to yet another landing with superb views. It seems from every corner of this Villa it was selected to be one of the most majestic points for a property in Positano. You find yourself on a nice passageway to a flight of stairs and the sea before you. Once you turn to enter the Villa you are quickly enamored by the Hugh doors and entrance to a secluded paradise, with some of the most magnificent coastline views. Once you arrive down the stairs leading to the door that opens to this paradise, you are descending about 30 stairs (not a steep climb down, compared to the typical Positano hills), you will find yourself surrounded by the sea at every angle. Once the door opens you will find a bright yellow villa situation on a exceptionally large property of tall tress, gardens and endless vines. In front the sea, below the sea and the tower! The Villa is perfectly appointed with beautiful furnishings and colorful tiles, that are typical of Amalfi Coast. The rooms are large and brightly decorated. There is many places for al fresco dining outdoors, with the most spectacular views.The Villa is over 3 levels on what is the largest property on the coast. it is nestled atop the seaside town of Positano, find yourself looking over the crisp, blue panoramic views of the Tyrrhennian sea. Immersed in the phenomenal scenery of mountains among you surrounded by vines, Villa Le Vigne is the fairy-tale villa, that will allow you to relax, unwind, and make everlasting Italian memories.
The bedrooms are decorated in bright colorful pastels and colors that accentuate the happy theme of the Amalfi Coast and Positano. The bathrooms have bright colored tiles and the master bathroom has a perfect view of the sea tower in the distance below.
The pool is large and situation in a private cove below the Villa, peek out of the corner and find more spectacular views of the sea. There is comfortable lounge furniture to relax. This oasis of beauty and tranquility is perfect for a retreat in beauty but close enough to the restaurants, shops and fun!

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1500 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your check out.
Extra Costs
Consumables, spa services, babysitting service, chef service, additional linen changes, sporting activities or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.
