Amalfi Coast Ravello Vacation Villa
Villa Giovanna is located high in the hills of Ravello; one my personal favorite towns on the coast. This villa is close to Villa Cimbrone, Villa Ruffalo and the symphony during Ravello Festival. In a magical town filled with romance and incredible views, this home only accentuates the theme. Villa Giovanna is situated among the mountains and majestic views of the sea, with breezes throughout the day, which provide a constant auro of calmness.
Our guests look out on the entire Amalfi Coast and the Bay of Salerno in the front and a green chain of mountains behind. It’s a short drive or a very panoramic, ten to fifteen minute walk to the center of town (about 500 mt). From the town you can take a bus or taxi to Amalfi or other towns along the coast. There is a cooking school and many things to do, including strolling through villas, gardens and restuarants with open terraces, gardens and views of the coast. There is a cathedral and town center with quaint stone passaways. You can also hike or take pathways to Atrani and Amalfi.
The villa is immersed in the majestic scene of the mountains, the gardens that surround the property, the vibrant blue sea and the skies. The pool is large and private.The access to the villa is along a private road leading to the parking area, which can accommodate 3 or 4 cars. The views are wonderful and you will achieve complete relaxation in this oasis of beauty and tranquility.
The Villa is on two levels and the enrance to the ground floor is though a large covered patio furnished with sofas and tables. The ground floor is made up of a large living area with sofas and TV that open to the dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace – small but well equipped kitchen with exit on a very large terrace with an outdoor oven, washing machine, a bathroom and shower.
The inside stairs lead to the second floor where 3 bedrooms have access to a large panoramic terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. The villa is furnished with antique furniture and paintings. The flooring is made of hand-painted ceramic tiles. It can be used year-round and is fitted with central heating. A cleaning service is available.
The pool is open from May 1 until October 30th. Not included in the price isheating of 20 euros per day in colder weather. A deposit will be anticipated upon arrival of 1500 Euros in cash, which is refunded upon check out. For large events a 2000 deposit will be required.
Check in: from 3 PM until 8.00 PM. For late check in the porter is available only on request and late check in is an additional cost. Check out is prior to 10:00 AM.
