This Villa is located in paradise, before an infinite blue sea, one of the best beaches in Sardinia. This is one of Italy’s most gorgeous Mediterranean landscapes. At the beautiful Villa Gia a in the Forte Village Resort you can’t miss the stunning view of one of the best Italian sea, which stretches as far as the eye can see. The two-story luxury villa, set in the highest part of our beach resort, overlooks the blue Sardinia’s Mediterranean sea and the infinite colours of an exclusive garden with a private pool.
The extremely elegant 300 sq. m. residence has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with walk-in wardrobe, bath and shower and a spectacular living area which boasts a lounge, dining room and kitchen. Every room, creates an interaction between interior and exterior, looking out over a cool 135 sq. m. of verandas and pergolas amongst the grapevines and citrus trees of the Mediterranean. All of this blends into a 900 sq. m. garden with mastic, oak and bougainvillea trees. In the distance, yet seeming close enough to touch, the sea shimmers.
Villa Gia fully represents a new sustainable architecture which embraces wood, from the flooring to the beamed ceilings. All are constructed from Sardinia’s local materials, from the white marble of Orosei to the travertine marble. The pastel colours in relaxing pastel shades reflect natures cheerful energy. From sunrise to sunset, light bounces between furniture of original design, contemporary structures and artisanship.
