Podere Casellaccia

Podere Casellacce is located on a hilltop in Tuscany, and has stunning views of the rolling hills of the Orcia Valley. The villa has been completely renovated, maintaining the original features, and is furnished with sophisticated, modern details and furniture. The complex is in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by three acres of lawns and orchards.

This luxury villa has been tastefully restored: all the exterior stone has been restored, radiant heating has been installed in the floors and a dramatic swimming pool installed. The furnishing have been hand-selected by the owner’s wife, an interior designer.

The house has a huge exterior stone staircase leading to the first floor. The first floor may also be reached by an internal staircase. Two stone-paved patios flank the external staircase. One is an outdoor dining area with a large built-in barbecue. Beyond is the infinity lap pool (4 meters wide and 20 meters long). Positioned to the side of the lap pool is a large hot tub for eight. The living room measures 50 square meters and contains a stunning fireplace. There are French-doors leading to the patio/dining and garden areas. The adjacent dining room has the capacity to seat 20. The large state-of-the-art kitchen seats 12.

The villa has eight large bedrooms (two twin, five double and a lofted bedroom), in addition to a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art room with a half arch separating it from a dining room that seats up to 20 people. The large living room boasts a fireplace, and doors leading to an enclosed patio paved in antique stone.
