Beautiful furnishings & New Pool, Sorrento Villa

Upon arriving here, this beautiful Villa (which has been recently renovated in 2022) took my breath away. It is bright and colorful with breathtaking views. You can see the sea from every window of the home, gazing at the three islands, Capri, Ischia & Procida. At the bottom of the hill there is a beach with lounge chairs. Each room is decorated with bright beautiful linens and fabrics. The furniture is new & tastefully selected.

Entrance Level: This level of the villa includes a large living room with fireplace. From the door of the living room, there is a spacious terrace with views of Capri. There is a table and a sink for outdoor al fresco dining and entertaining. Serving as the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and light fair all while enjoying the stunning views of the Gulf of Naples and the island Capri. On this level, there is a double room with sea view and a private bathroom. There is additional access to an elevator and a staircase to the lower levels.

First Floor: This level is accessible from the elevator or a wide stairway. A bright and colorful airy level which is comprised of 3 large bedrooms and a small single room. There is another bed on the first floor and a converter sofa on the ground floor to sleep a total of 10. All have a terrace and sea views. These beds can be made into singles or double beds. All bedding is high quality for your utmost comfort.

Each of the rooms are furnished in traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is another bathroom located on this floor, which can be shared by the other bedroom. There are terraces that lead out of the bedroom where you can be captivated by panoramic views of the Islands of Procida and Ischia.

Ground Floor: The ground level is easily accessible by elevator or the stairway. You will find a large room with white tiles, a dining room and a large living room area with a fireplace. The kitchen is brightly colored with direct access to the terrace. There is plenty of space for dining outside or indoors. There is a bathroom and direct access to the expansive terraces with sun loungers, a barbecue, and a wood burning oven. From here there is access to a private garden area of 200 Sq meters. There is a jacuzzi with a hydro massage tub and sunbathing area.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1.500, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure. Prior to check out €250,00 for final cleaning will be due plus €2,00 per person for municpality tax.

Extra Costs

Consumables, spa services, babysitting service, chef service, additional linen changes, sporting activities or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person (€2 per person). Additionally, the final cleaning fee (€250) is due at departure. AC is for 12 hours a day, additional usage will apply.
