Lake Como Estate 12 bedrooms

We had the pleasure of visiting this lovely property in early June of 2016. The property is made of a private lake front private estate consisting of 3 villas, each separate with exceptional furnishings, of the highest quality linens & fabrics. The home is tastefully decorated in bright pastel colors with an Asian flare. Each property is impeccable and elegant with decor that accentuates each individual theme. The three estate Villas are located on a large lake front property with private boat dock, expansive areas for al fresco dining and lounging. This property is so vast that you can have a large family reunion or event and everyone will feel as if they are there alone the property is so large. You can stroll along the lake for hours, taking in the tranquility of the soft waves of the lake from every angle.

The bedrooms are very large with en-suite baths of marble and the highest of quality fixtures.  The bedding is of the highest quality singles, Queens and King size for the optimum comfort. This is a wonderful property for group trips, as there are options for single sleeping arrangements. For those traveling with children, there is a 3rd floor entertainment room with comfortable large sofa’s, TV’s with games, books and board games to keep you entertained. The tubs are deep and large, some with showers. There are 2 service bathrooms in the main Villa. There are multiple options for al fresco dining outdoors in comfort, the furnishings provide the comfort of indoor quality that can be enjoyed outdoors. The boat dock allows for a immediate access to the Lake for a day of water sports and activities on the water.

These properties will be rented as one unit, but offers the opportunity to stay close by while have separate quarters. This is also ideal for small events. You arrive by a road that turns down towards the lake. It is a lovely 1 lane road lined with typical foliage of Lake Como and as your decent downward takes you down, you can see the Lake glisten in the sun. The property has exceptional foliage and as you can see from my photos bright with hydrangeas, roses, vines and tall Oak trees. The Villa is located just outside of the town of Blevio, you can enjoy a stroll up a gravel road to the local restaurant and walk back to the Villa. This property offers everything for the perfect Lake Como getaway.

These properties can not be rented separately, thus ensuring complete privacy for your holiday.

Check in

Check in is at 4:00 PM, check out is before 10:00 AM local time.

Security Deposit

€1300 security deposit will be collected in euro currency and returned at check out.

Extra Costs

€1300 euros is to be in cash upon arrival as a damage deposit, this will be returned upon check out. All food is at an extra cost, wine, liquors and all consumables.
