Luxury Villa Tuscany
Originally this Villa was built in the 1800’s by a wealthy Aristocratic family. Now owned and renovated by a 1960’s famous model, this gothic luxurious Tuscan Villa is with fairytales are made…it’s what dreams are made of..it’s located the most spectacular part of Tuscany.
The meticulous renovation took over a decade, as the owner and designer worked closely with landscapers and brought in furniture she had in storage to bring her vision for the house to life. Her eye for design in the finished product is apparent, from the imposing tree-lined walk and ornate wrought iron gates, to the romantic table arrangement on the private terrace off the master bedroom. In the library, she references the rustic heritage of the region with intricate chairs made from deer antlers, while the grand splendour of the dining room invites you to linger after dinner, the warm tones and ornate ceiling illuminated with soft light.
Through the long years crafting her dream house, she never doubted that she would succeed. She offers a bit of wisdom that speaks to us all, from the young girl looking for her start as a model to the senior interior stylist embarking on a huge project like this: “The difference between a dream and a reality is in your courage.”
The villa’s main structure is a late-19th-century three-story Gothic brownstone, is nestled in a fervert paradise in the southern part of Italy’s Tuscany region. “The most beautiful things the world has to offer are concentrated in this little part of Tuscany says the owner, who describes this part of Italy for the rich pastures where goats graze and herds of cattle feed healthily. Vineyards in the distance, rich floral trees, bold tall cypress trees, olive and fruit trees of robust lemons grow into healthy green icons representing the heritage that makes this region one of the most sought for centuries.
The Villa can be rented in 4, 6 or 8 bedrooms and the pricing will reflect the number of guests that will stay at the Villa. There is a maximum of 16 guests that can be accommodated. Children are welcome, smoking is strictly prohibited, pets are not permitted. Weddings and social event are welcome and will be at an additional charge. The Villa is unfortunately not suitable for mobility chairs. The Villa is booked for weekly 7 night minimums in high season and holiday periods.
Compulsory Half Board is applied and included in rates for 8 bedroom reservations. Half Board includes continental breakfast as well as lunch or dinner (cost of food not included in both).
