Ground floor: Comfortable living room with antique stone fireplace, two doors opening to lawn and stone paved terraces dominating the valley for unforgettable drinks at sunset. Door leads to a study/TV room that can become a comfortable single bedroom for an additional guest. En suite shower room, another room that is used as a that guest cloakroom.

Large dining room, with traditional peasant’s hearth, dining table seating up to 16. Double doors lead to a stone-paved outside dining area. (table seating up to 16). Stunning views over the Val d’Orcia.
