Palazzo Bindo is a spectacular free standing five star property full of natural light tucked away in the Florentine Chianti Hills, just a short drive from some of Tuscany’s most famous and notable towns and cities including Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena. The property’s excellent location offers guests the unique opportunity to explore Tuscany whilst never being further then a short drive from the villa, making it possible to head out in the morning and be back for lunch and a swim in the afternoon.
Named after an ancestor of a Florentine art family, this fabulous countryside villa boasts light, luxury, and open spaces. The 6,000 sq.ft. property has been recently renovated to the highest of standards and with contemporary classic chic interiors by an Italian architect and his wife. With contemporary classic chic interiors the villa presents itself with a perfect floor plan: An impressive front terrace leads up to the double doored entrance which opens up into a spacious light filled stairwell and original stone staircase. The ground floor and principal living area intuitively flow from one space to the next: An impressive double lounge sitting room with fireplace leads to a separate dining room and wonderful huge gourmet kitchen with travertine benches and island and a second casual dining area. This entire space has a series of French doors which all open up onto a massive paved area for outdoor entertainment separated by a perfectly manicured lawn from the contemporary wet edge grey saltwater infinity pool (16 x 5m with wide full length) perfectly proportioned steps.

Welcome basket at arrival including with local salami and cured meats, crackers and cheese, fresh seasonal fruit, prosecco and fruit juice

Bedroom and Bathroom linen change mid-week. For any additional linen changes required
there will be an extra cost of Euro 150 (for the changes of all the bedrooms and bathrooms)

Daily Housekeeping (3 hours per day / 6 days a week)
Additional Services: All additional services can be arranged separately e.g. transfers, private driver, private chef, additional housekeeping, massage, tours etc. When possible advise before arrival.
Check-in/out: Check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am. Late check in needs to be confirmed prior to arrival; 2 sets of keys will be handed to guests to have independent access to the villa.
Security Deposit: €2,500 per week to be held by rental agency when possible otherwise the full amount of the security deposit in CASH will be collected at the time of check-in by the Villa Manager and released to the guests at check-out.
