Luxury Positano Rental Villa

This villa is located in the heart of Positano, positioned perfectly above the sea, boasting spectacular views of the coastline. You can walk to the town or to the sea, it is carefully tucked away to provide serenity and relaxation, but close enough to explore all that Positano has to offer!

We had this villa as part of our portfolio for one year and in Sept 2012, I had the pleasure to tour and photograph this magnificent villa. It is breathtaking, bright and happy! The decor is in the villa is mostly white and filled with sunlit beauty. The pool is crystal clear and reflects the sky and mountains. It has two floors, you can see the sea from every door and window. The beauty surrounds and accentuates the simple beauty of this villa.

This is the perfect place to obtain peace and tranquility, while being steps away from the adventure of the town. The bathrooms are large and elegant, the bedrooms bright and airy, each with terraces which provide a panoramic view of the sky and seas. Relax in the sun or in the pool. This is the a beautiful place for both relaxation and fun.

The home has expansive areas and a fully equipped kitchen and eating area with large counter tops for enjoying drinks and conversations. The kitchen is large and you can buy the fruits of this earth and prepare them at home.

The exercise room has incredible views from each angle, enjoy the sea, mountains, pool and gardens. There is outside dining in the gardens by the sea or alongside the pool. This villa is my primary choice to enjoy every aspect of Positano in luxury and with prime accommodations.

There are three very large bedrooms, one can be a twin and the larger bedroom has room for an additional roll away or portable bed, which makes sleeping to accommodate up to 7 adults. One bathroom has a fully tiled hammam and the others are decorated in bright tiles with a deep tub.
