And just 1/2 train ride away you can be in the Chianti vineyards making Florence the most sought after town in all of Europe!

This Apartment is located in a charming building just steps away from the duomo, there is an old fashioned lift which a gated door to take you up the middle of the center hallway and up to the 4th floor, where you will find deep walls, high ceilings and beautiful stained glass doors, once inside you will be inside of a beautiful apartment with rich wood, bright tiles and a meticulously painted frescoed ceiling which has an unusual antique frieze depicting Indian sacred art. A charming, colourful, romantic room, unique not only in Florence but in the whole of Italy. In his spacious and elegant living room you can organize small receptions and dinners for your friends and for your family. decor is of rich fabrics and antique wood furnishings. The view from the high windows is incredible. Take in the 360 degree panorama and learn to recognize the hills surrounding Florence – the “white” San Miniato al Monte, the old Etruscan hill where Fiesole stands proudly, the dominant Forte di Belvedere and Piazzale Michelangelo, the ancient heart of the city of art. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning gazing out of the window at the Baptistery, so close it appears to have been superimposed onto the glass; you can read your newspaper or sit at your desk and write notes or do sketches while looking out at the Duomo and Giotto’s Bell Tower; enjoy your afternoons painting or simply admire the sunrises and sunsets over the monuments.
