This haven is built on an original lemon grove (limonaia). It has since been meticulously converted into a luxurious retreat. You will truly find the Jewel of Florence the ideal location for intimate gatherings or entertaining in absolute privacy.
Upper Level: The living room (interior total 1290 sq ft) is beautifully furnished with a large sofa and comfortable chairs in warm, neutral tones. This room features expansive windows, revealing the breathtaking landscape of the Florentine hillside.
Master Suite: The spacious Master Suite is located on the lower level with a king size bed, large closet space, a large bath with Jacuzzi, and an outdoor exposed shower. There is a small office with a library.
Garden Suite: A warmly decorated retreat for guests with a queen size bed, large shower, and large closet space. It also has a small sitting area with a desk, TV and private access to the garden and pool.
External Suite: A warmly appointed, comfortable retreat for guests, with queen-size bed, and bath with shower.
Outdoor Living Area: (Outdoor total space 12700 sq ft) This area with dining area was designed to be utilized and enjoyed throughout the year. It is comfortable and versatile; appropriate for intimate encounters as well as entertaining a larger group. Stylish, yet functional, the area provides luxurious comfort with beautiful & elegant decor.
Large umbrellas provide shade from the daytime sun, while the large fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere on chilly evenings. The outdoor projection system transforms the fireplace into a movie theater, complete with surround sound. The full bar, adjacent to the fireplace, has a refrigerator and glassware for convenient access to refreshments. Outdoor pool & lounging area makes for the utmost relaxation under the Tuscan sky.
The trickle of a Burmese fountain completes the perfect marriage between nature, stone and water. It provides an environment of tranquility and peacefulness.
Outdoor kitchen: The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a barbecue grill, two burner stove, double sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, tableware and large dining table; all providing the ability to entertain up to 12 people completely autonomously.
Swimming pool: (344 x 1776 sq ft)The swimming pool is an oasis of tranquility, facing the Florentine hillside. Taking full advantage of the property’s heritage as a lemon grove, the pool’s location permits maximum use during the warm days of spring, summer and fall. A peaceful respite can be found poolside under the permanent cabana and solarium. There is also a changing area, powder room, and shower. The sound system has independent poolside controls, so you can listen to music while others enjoy separate accommodations inside and around the outdoor paradise.
Entrance & Parking: The property is accessible through separate, secure vehicle and pedestrian gates. Parking accommodates four cars. The well lit parking area ensures safety and convenience and features a small basketball court, which doubles as the staging area for caterers.
