This mansion dates back to the 18th century and has been completely renovated in 2016 to offer to its guests a contemporary and cosy atmosphere. Up to 10 people can be comfortably accommodated in the 5 bedrooms, for the most amazing Parisian experience imaginable.
The house has a large garden of bordering other gardens. The only noises you hear come from the birds or the bells of the former Irish college, now a cultural center, while being just 2 minutes away from the charming Place de la Contrescarpe and the lively Rue Mouffetard. The pool is heated year round at 30 degrees views.
The house is organized on 4 levels:
– a basement with a large TV and a laundry room
– the ground floor with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all open onto the garden
– the 1st floor with the master bedroom, its dressing room, a very large bathroom with shower and bath and a desk overlooking a private terrace.
The house also has an independant studio in the garden with a bathroom and kitchenette.
The guests have access to the entire property with the exception of 2 studios in the 1st courtyard. Private parking is available in this same courtyards.
