This estate in Chianti, Tuscany has been restored to a trendy artistic masterpiece. The property and structure date back to the year 1000 with panoramic view of the hills, vineyards, olive groves that are typical of the Tuscan countryside, and beautiful view to the nearby castle Santa Maria Novella and in the distance the Italian Alps.

The first evidence of the existence of the Castle is an act of the year 1100, where the castle were part of a gift to Florence’s bishop. The castle is deep in tales of villainous inhabitants and owners that date back to medieval times. This estate is set on a private hilltop starting at the grand remote controlled iron gate. You enter the property along the driveway which brings you to the Villa at the top. The park-like grounds have been beautifully landscaped with plants and trees which are illuminated at night to create a beautiful atmosphere in any season of the year.

The main Villa has a surface of 400 mq, another building with a tower of 200 mq, and a spa of 80 mq for a total living area of 700 mq.
