Positano Seafront Casa

Casa Juliana is part of a private group of properties nestled above the shores of Positano. Casa Juliana is a cliffside villa within walking distance to the beautiful village of Positano. This property has beach access and is situated directly on the sea. The Villa has access to everything within walking distance, thus there is no need for a car during your stay. Further, ferries run both daily and nightly to all of the seaside towns.

This Villa has been tastefully restored to perfection. Casa Juliana has a lovely living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. There is both air conditioning and heating available in the villa. It has two terraces with a solarium and a garden terrace, from which you can reach the beach with private access. You can enjoy open air outdoor dining and lounging, while enjoying the panoramic views of the coastline and sea.

Located in the village of Positano, this newly restored villa comfortably sleeps 10, each with their own bath, and spectacular views over the sea. In 2016 there will be a private indoor pool added to the Villa.

Check in

Saturday, from 2:00 PM through 7:00 PM – Saturday, 10:00 AM. If necessary, we can arrange a later check-in, no later than 9:00 PM, with an extra charge of EUR50 to the attendant.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 500, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

Additional maid service, consumables, spa services,  chef/cocktail service, sporting activities and/or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.

What's Included in the Cost

Fresh bed and bath linens and maid service included (three times a week) and private access to the beach. In 2016 a newly constructed indoor private pool will be added to the villa.
