Small Villa sleeps 4, with panoramic sea views & pool

I visited this newly renovated Villa in November 2017, I was impressed with the bright colors and rich fabrics and furnishings. The owner is a lover of quality antiques, paintings and he has a flare for beautiful decór.  The ground floor has an open-concept living room with fireplace and large TV features also a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with new appliances and a large refrigerator. The white furniture blended with dark rich wood and typical local decorative tiles create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, blending bright colors that are typical of the happy and bright coast. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this level. The bedrooms are large with beautiful views of the coastline. The beds very comfortable with white, bright colors and gold framing on the authentic antique paintings. 

The Villa has a spectacular view of the sea and coastline facing towards Amalfi. I have a few properties in that area and I know first handed that it is in a great location. There is a bus stop very close to the Villa, where you can travel up and down the coast from Sorrento to the tip of the coast. There are local grocery stores, a pharmacy, butcher shop, restaurants and cafe’s. There is a great Italian restaurant down about 60 stairs to the lower level street and access to the town. It is a nice stroll into the town of Praiano. There is a local church and square, this location is in the heart of the Amalfi Coast in the center with the best sunsets in all of the coastline. There is an authentic feel to spending a holiday in this part of the coast, there are less tourists and a the locals interact in a friendly fashion with the tourists.

Extra Costs

Airport shuttles, excursions, water sports, additional housekeeping at a rate of €25,00 per hour, chef services, food and consumables.

What's Included in the Cost

Mid week changing of bed linens and towels, cleaning daily for four hours (except Sunday), WiFi, Pool cleaning, final cleaning, heating and air conditioning.
