This private retreat located high above the town in the pine regions ski resort region in Northern Italy of Veneto. You will be immersed in luxury, beauty and tranquility. The perfect combination for a wonderful holiday in Italy.

As guests step through the ornately carved wooden entrance doors, guests will find  that this former elegant hunting house for local nobility, is now a private retreat, surrounded by 42-acres of woods and meadows at an altitude of 1200 meters. Below is the breakdown of the property interior.

Ground Floor: The lodge is comprised of an entrance hall, with fabulous 16th century vaulted ceilings; a day room equipped with DVD player, internet corner, games for children and an Ipod station; a dining room with traditional Tyrolean ‘stube’; a tea room with stereo system and small library; and a stunning barrel vaulted kitchen, with traditional wood fired stove.

First Floor: Four bedrooms are located on the first floor of the building, situated off an attractive little sitting room with open fireplace. All bedrooms (two of which have a shared bathroom) have stunning views of the Dolomites, the woods, and the Plan de Corones massif.

Hand crafted wooden furnishings, embroidered textiles, goose feather quilts: the rooms have everything a traditional Alpine chalet should have, and a full range of hotel-standard amenities too.

The kitchen is filled with the aromas of the fragrant mountain herbs. Here guests can either choose to cook for themselves or request the services of the lady of the house, Giorgia, or a personal chef to help them prepare delicious dinners using the finest locally grown organic ingredients.

The wine cellar & Veneto wines: The old stone goat shed has been converted into a cellar, where the owner, Stefano, or a professional sommelier will be pleased to introduce guests to the highly acclaimed wines of Alto Adige.

For centuries the mountains have been associated with physical and psychological well being, a combination which has inspired the creation of complete relaxation area, a Turkish bath, emotion shower, Jacuzzi and panoramic outdoor pool.

The special ‘San Lorenzo Vital Experience’ package, created exclusively for guests staying at the chalet, is comprised of a full or half day of luxurious wellness treatments, in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains.

Check in

Typically, Saturday at 4:00 PM until Saturday at 10:00 AM. However, rental on a nightly basis, with a three night minimum stay, may be arranged upon request. Please inquire further for detailed pricing.

Extra Costs

Additional maid service, villa pre-stocking, shopping service, spa services,  chef service, sporting activities and/or adventure excursions, such as skiing, snow sports, rental of snow mobiles. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.
